The twelve years I spent in Europe were the teen age and adolescent years. I did some serious photography during those years. During that time I was member of an active camera club The “Iris” in Harderwijk. A lot of fun with film, paper and chemicals and the strive to fund it all. It is a pity that practically all photos were lost during a house move and what you see on this page are just some of the surviving photos. Photography stayed with me since. No matter where I was, the camera was there too. After I lived in Africa and New Zealand I returned to Europe. Now it is all digital of course and the old cameras are sold of are sitting in a cupboard just in case.
